Billing questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Switch between Starter and Pro directly on the billing page in your dashboard — your existing subscription is moved to the new plan immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Payment methods, invoices and cancellation are managed in the Stripe billing portal.
What counts as a parse?
One image processed. A request to /api/v1/parse with three images uses three parses, regardless of how many persons they contain.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again after that.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added where applicable at checkout; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are handled under the reverse-charge mechanism through Stripe.
